"I hit a very deep pothole Sunday 5/3 that literally shredded the front passenger tire. Drove slowly the mile to the winery and called State Farm for roadside service. All the details were relayed via a report link. I called to verify where I was in the large parking lot. In less than 10 minutes I got an email notice with Agero's arrival time (21-51 minutes). Second notice, maybe from Agero, verified the 21 minutes and I think he even arrived a few minutes early. When he came up the drive, I was standing by the car waving. He was even concerned about having to block some cars while he worked, but the one blocked told him not to worry .. "she needs a new tire". Smiles all around. I didn't check my watch but the job probably took around 15 minutes. We shook hands and he drove off. What started as a bad pot hole experience, ended with smiles all around."

"I want to give a shout out to State Farm insurance office out of Fayetteville because every time I call no matter who answers always helps me. I’m forgetful. I am late sometimes and whoever answers always helps me get back on track. They’re Patient understanding and Shawna I want to give a special thank you to you. From my experience, State Farm has our best interest at heart to be insured. This is what every insurance company should operate off of genuine care."

"State Farm manages ALL of my needs: Vehicles, House, Life Policy / Beneficiaries ... everything, because i trust them more than anyone. I work exclusively with Kelly because she has earned my trust.
